Flooring RVA supplied this builder with the perfect product from Eastern Hardwood Flooring. This product is Hill Crest Engineered Hardwood Flooring in the color Cafe. Cafe is an espresso shade of stain on the premium oak flooring. We offered engineered hardwood as the local Richmond Virginia builder had a concrete slab on the first floor. This allowed us to glue the wood directly to the concrete. We also installed the same hardwood flooring upstairs as engineered hardwood allows us install over many subfloor applications. Hill Crest has a finish warranty of 25 years & lifetime structural warranty. Flooring RVA also custom stained the oak staircase to match the first floor hardwood we installed. This project located in Historic Church Hill Richmond Virginia turned out amazing.
